What if my process is different from your roadmap stages?
The four CoachOS stages (Discovery, Strategy, Execution, Close) are high-level containers. You customize the milestones and tasks inside each stage to match your approach. The structure is there to keep you organized, not to dictate your methodology.
How much time does setup take?
First client roadmap takes maybe 30-45 minutes to customize from templates. After that, each new client is 10-15 minutes because you're reusing what works. Compare that to your current "start from scratch every time" approach.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You export everything - all notes, roadmaps, client data. It's yours. We don't hold it hostage.
Is client data secure?
Yes. SOC 2 compliant, encrypted at rest and in transit, regular security audits. We take this seriously because your client relationships depend on it.
Can I try it with one client before committing?
That's what the 14-day trial is for. Bring in one or two clients, see if Sage makes your life easier. If it doesn't, you don't pay.
Do I need to change how I coach?
No. CoachOS adapts to your style, not the other way around. If you already use certain frameworks or exercises, drop them into Sage. If you don't, we have templates to start with.
